Sheraton Saigon Hotel and Towers held a function on February 22 to open its new cafe, Mojo on dong khoi, at 88 Dong Khoi Street in Ho Chi Minh City's downtown.
Mojo cafe, which opens from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, serves many kinds of food, including bagels, pizzas, salads and Vietnamese favorites for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Frosted iced frappe creations and a wide selection of cocktails and wines by the glass are other special things. The 85-seat outlet also provides takeaway services for coffee, home-baked pastries, cookies and sweet treats.
Designed by NOOR, Mojo's interiors are exquisitely chic with a unique contemporary design. "Mojo's vibrant color and architectural highlights are poised to be the new food and beverage venue on Dong Khoi, a cool and fashionable gathering place for both business and entertainment," said Martin Wuethrich, food and beverages director of the Sheraton.
The five-star hotel spent US$500,000 on the three-level outlet, which overlooks the boutique street in District 1. Sheraton believes Mojo will provide a new lifestyle in Saigon for lovers of coffee and creative cuisine.
