To counter the increasing unpopularity of poultry because of bird flu, Nam Phan has launched the Saigon Grill. On the grill from this month until the end of December are beef and pork meat, fish and seafood, and vegetables.

The highlights include grilled beef on a lemongrass skewer, grilled pork ribs with lemongrass, grilled shrimp wrapped in bacon and grilled clams with oil and chives - just to name a few. The dishes cost from VND85,000++ for grilled eggplant to VND165,000++ for grilled beef to VND495,000++ for grilled lobster.
