Hola! Pacharan means traditional sloe-flavored liquor from Navarra in Spanish, and it translates perfectly at the lively Pacharan Tapas & Bodega. If you’ve ever been to Spain, this authentic Spanish restaurant will bring back the smells, sights and sounds of your travels.

A legend of a restaurant
Right in the heart of the Ho Chi Minh City, Pacharan Tapas & Bodega packs a beautifully colonial yet infinitely stylish wow-factor and reflects its singular Spanish “art de vivre”. Spread over four levels, Pacharan provides a vibrant and exciting atmosphere without breaking the budget.

A relaxed and stylish atmosphere greets you immediately. The restaurant is just the right size, big enough that you’re not cramped up to the table next to you and small enough to keep it nice and intimate. The location allows for huge plate glass windows: a tastefully laid out interior, comfortable chair and tables, fresh white napery and a lovely outlook from the large windows.

A world of fine dining – a world of wines
Pacharan shoulders with the rich and famous wines in the bars. The bars on each floor hold up to 20 standing, and features an unbeatable array of rare Spanish Cava and wines. The inviting bar is the ideal spot for an after work drink or a pre-dinner cocktail, while upstairs, the semi-open, balcony restaurant must rate as one of the most stylishly romantic dinning options in town, followed by a fiesta of dancing and live music every Wednesday night from 9pm to 11pm.

Pacharan kitchen celebrates the traditional flavors of Spain with a variety of cold and hot tapas, paellas, daily specials, and incredible homemade desserts. It offers a wide range of tapas with the emphasis firmly on simple, fresh ingredients and flavors. The talented chef is from Spain, and has brought the secret of Spanish tapas with him to Pacharan Saigon. All food is home cooked and prepares, and each dish is given careful attention. Nibble your way through the tapas menu, including Goat’s cheese salad, tomato and olive vinaigrette, and mushrooms in garlic, olive oil and parsley, or indulge in main course favourites like roasted suckling pig or grilled fillet steak on a bed of roquette & shaved manchego cheese.

Lunch at Pacharan can be whatever you want it to be. Pacharan is now offering the introductionary Tapas promotion with a choice of two tapas, bread and alioli, and a glass of Sangria or beer for just VND120,000.

You can eat at dining tables, at the bar or, if that sounds like too much hard work, collapse into big, comfortable leather sofas on the terrace. There’s fun in the air – the splendid yellows of the decor, the vivid flavors on the plates, the intriguing wine list, and the jostling sociability of the smart wait-staff all add up to a hugely enjoyable mix.
