The menu prepared by Chef Takeuchi Satoru and his team features authentic traditional Vietnamese food on Tet holiday. It is including Sticky Rice Square Cake; Vietnamese Cold Cuts, Pickles; Braised Beef Shan with Fish Sauce, Star Anise, Cinnamon; Chicken Soup with, Bamboo Shoot; Fried Squid with, Ear Mushroom Filling, Plum Sauce; Steamed Black Garoupa with Fermented Rice, Rice Paper, Vietnamese Herbs; Wok Fried Dalat Vegetables, Oyster Sauce and dessert with Steamed Banana Cake, Coconut Sauce, Sesame.
