Square One Restaurant, located on the mezzanine floor of Park Hyatt Saigon, is preparing a special Vietnamese menu which will be available from 02 February to 12 February 2008.  The menu prepared by Chef Takeuchi Satoru and his team features authentic traditional Vietnamese food on Tet holiday. It is including Sticky Rice Square Cake; Vietnamese Cold Cuts, Pickles; Braised Beef Shan with Fish Sauce, Star Anise, Cinnamon; Chicken Soup with, Bamboo Shoot; Fried Squid with, Ear Mushroom Filling, Plum Sauce; Steamed Black Garoupa with Fermented Rice, Rice Paper, Vietnamese Herbs; Wok Fried Dalat Vegetables, Oyster Sauce and dessert with Steamed Banana Cake, Coconut Sauce, Sesame.

Price is at US$ 28++ for each person.
