Valentine's day fare at Park Hyatt Saigon

Traditionally, Valentine’s Day is a time for couples to express their love their own way.  This can be with gifts, flowers or a romantic dinner together.  No matter how couples express it, this is a time of real romance and love, and Park Hyatt Saigon is proud to be one of the preferred places in which to commemorate this special time with its exquisite cuisine.

On this special day, Park Lounge is delighted to offer a chocolate tray for two persons, available only on 14 February 2008 from 2.00pm to 11:00pm.  For just US$18++ per tray, guests will enjoy the chocolate fare prepared by Chef Victor Hasting including White Chocolate Passion Mousse, Hazelnut and Chocolate Pithiviers, Praline Chocolate, Grand Marnier Infused Strawberries, Dark Chocolate Tart, Baileys and Milk Chocolate Shooters. So, bring your loved one, and come and enjoy this delicious buffet in a cozy and romantic atmosphere.

At Opera, chef Gulizzi will prepare a special menu, including Warm Monk Fish Carpaccio, Portobello Mushrooms, Arugula; Risotto, Crab, Oysters, Prosecco Wine; Eggplant Ravioli, Hazelnut Butter, Pecorino Cheese; Sea Bream Fillet, Sage, Braised Lentils, Baby Vegetables or Veal Loin, Artichokes, Barolo Sauce, Castelmagno; Raspberry and Mascarpone Cake with Dark Chocolate Sauce.  This menu is priced at just US$48++ per person.
